After the shock between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona ended in a 2-2 draw, tonight we will find out who the winners will be. At this moment, Barcelona hold all the cards since they have scored 2 away goals. For Real to win, they have to make sure that Barcelona don't score tonight.
Real Madrid have some very good players in their team, Ronaldo, Kaka, Benzema and DiMaria amongst others. All these players will have to pick their own game up if they want to win the first trophy of the season plus, gain a psychological advantage over those in Catalonia.
Barcelona on the otherhand, have had a mixed sort of pre-season where we have seen the likes of Iniesta who has been out of sorts with his passing. Normally, he is a brilliant player who can pass the ball around at will but, as we saw against us, he was not at his best, which certainly helped our cause in the United States.
Again, the spotlight will be on two of the planets greatest players; Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. If Ronaldo can show his form just like last season, then he is going to have a barnstormer, on the otherhand, if Messi has another barnstormer then it could go a long way to winning the Ballon D'Or once again. Although he was disappointing in the first game, he did provide a decisive pass for Villa's goal, and he did score, whilst at the same time being ill in the changing rooms at Half-time.
So, let us hope that the match will be a great one with football dominating rather than the diving, cheating, playacting and rash tackles. Football has to be the winner tonight, plus whoever wins, will gain that almost famous psychological advantage as far as La Liga is concerned.
