So, with goals from Cahill and a double from Wayne Rooney, England continue their route into the European Championships 2012. England will play Wales and Montenegro in their last two matches, with the first match being against Wales.
What we need to understand though, is that the current Bulgarian side is nowhere near the same side that Hristo Stoikchov used to play in. In those days, it was a quality team, but now, it is a shadow of its former self.
On a positive note(rather than the obvious negative note i.e very weak Bulgarian side) Wayne Rooney continues to score freely for England as he does for Manchester United. Maybe this is the time that he will finally wake up and take England to the promised land.
On a sour note, a small section of the Bulgarian crowd were using monkey chants against the likes of Ashley Young and Ashley Cole. There is no place for any sort of racist behaviour, whether it is on the streets on on the terraces.
